SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders.
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (M-F and exclude national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
RETURN POLICY
We proudly offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic U.S. orders! We are confident in our products and know you will love them, but we understand sometimes things just don't work out!
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. Make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in sellable condition. Items must be fragrance free, damage free, and no marks of any kind. We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above. Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Jewelry, hats, accessories and sale items are all considered final sale.
DAMAGE POLICY
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
If your item or items get delivered and have defects, please email ContactWildCollective@gmail.com a photo of the defect along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, replacement, or back to original payment form upon request.
CANCELATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at ContactWildCollective@gmail.com to cancel or change your order. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation.
